Thanks to Yoplait Greek 100 Whips for sponsoring this post and for giving me $15 to giveaway to a reader.
Yoplait Greek 100 Whips are delicious greek yogurts that have been whipped to a mousse like texture. They are an indulgent treat but without all the guilt because each cup is only 100 calories.
Because they are so low in calories, Yoplait Whips make a perfect anytime snack that you can feel good about. I brought the Strawberry whipped greek yogurt with me to work for an afternoon treat. It is light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness to tame that sweet craving. Having Yoplait Greek Whips definitely kept me from running to the vending machine where I would have made a bad snack decision.
I was surprised at just how good Yoplait Greek 100 Whips really are and so was hubby. He doesn't normally care for greek yogurt, so he was hesitant to try this, but he tried the blueberry flavor whipped yogurt and exclaimed "oh wow! I didn't expect this to be so good!"
When I put it together with some fresh blueberries on a dessert cup, for his dessert tonight, he said he could eat it every night!

The Yoplait Greek 100 Whips are really good on there own, but there even better when mixed with your favorite fruit, or used as a replacement in your favorite dessert recipe.
