After a great Memorial day weekend of sun and fun, it seemed like a great time to think about staying hydrated and getting healthier. Now, I'm not willing to give up sweets and junk food, just yet, but I do know that I need to drink more water to be healthier. Water can get a little boring on its own, so I figured I'd liven it up a little.
I cut up some watermelon and added it to a jug of purified water. After letting it sit for a few hours, I now have some lightly sweetened watermelon infused water.

I plan to try lots of other fruits, and maybe some herbs. It seems the possible flavors are endless, and so easy!
